Lamont Coleman, better known as Big L, is considered by many to be one of the greatest rappers of all-time, though many only discovered his talent after his life was tragically cut short. Big L was respected by his peers, he was either your favorite rapper’s favorite rapper or the rapper they feared due to his unparalleled rhyming ability. While we can only speculate about the heights Big L may have reached, his debut album alone suggests he was destined for greatness.
To continue honoring Big L’s legacy, we partnered with his estate to release a special edition Kross inspired by his second and final studio album, The Big Picture. This exclusive sneaker features an all-leather black upper with gold accents as a nod to the album cover, BIG L embroidery on the heel, finished off with a gum outsole that makes these a deadly combination.
One of the first Ewing Cross-Training shoes, the KROSS originally debuted in 1993. Featuring an ankle cross strap system that is removable along with a TPU #33 midfoot insert and a lightweight textured EVA midsole for cushioning. This colorway features a Black tumbled leather upper along with Gold highlights. Available in Mens Sizes 5-16.

I love the style, fit and comfort of the EWING BRAND, however, I am Heartbroken that some of the HOTTEST releases are ADVERTISED but DISCONTINUED!! The BigL Kross, BIG PUN collaboration "CAPITAL PUNISHMENT" in yellow, AND in Size 13M. I currently own 5 pairs of 33HI's, including the collaboration, 33 HI CORMEGA X EIGHT AND NINE, Limited release.... I truly wish for these to come back and then, I would be proud to own 7 PAIR!
