I bought theae at the height of the Knicks historic playoff run so no matter what Im wearing these! They do indeed fit snug so 1/2-full size up depending upon how wide your foot is. There is also a LOT of padding around the top of the heel so they are snug all the way up your leg. I also recommend dropping a better insole in them.
