Returns and Exchanges
Ewing Athletics is happy to accept exchanges on our products for any reason. Want to exchange for a different size or color? No problem, our portal can process the entire process for you and allow to to swap an item out or upgrade to something else easily.
Our custom made to order t-shirts are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
All returns sent back to us must be DOUBLE BOXED in a cardboard box. Returns sent back in a taped up Ewing Box will be rejected and not accepted.
Please facilitate returns through the returns portal link below. We offer Checkout+ for free returns and package protection at checkout.
What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.
If you opt into Checkout+, you can return any item in your order for a refund at no additional cost. If you choose not to purchase Checkout+, you can still return your items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Checkout+ is not available outside of the U.S.
International customers are responsible for not only shipping the item back to us but also for the cost of us shipping the exchange.

If your order is eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition when received. You have 30 days to submit an exchange. After 30 days we will not be able to exchange.
Any worn, used shoes sent back to us that are not approved for an exchange will be destroyed. We are not responsible to send back shoes that are rejected for an exchange that do not meet the criteria for an exchange.
The item(s) must also be in the original packaging. All returns/exchanges must be set up at the return portal. For any further questions regarding your return, please contact us.
In order to expedite the return process, we will require your original order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm that we have received your returned item(s) via the email address provided at the time of purchase. At this time, we will also confirm the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your return will be processed and the exchange item(s) will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. We are not liable for return shipping costs for customers to return product back due to an error made while ordering.
Refunds
All sales at Ewing Athletics are final. Exchanges are available however please read the Return Policy above, for additional information. If you do not want an exchange, a gift card will be issued with full store credit to use towards a future purchase.

Cancellation Policy
At Ewing Athletics, we take pride in expediting the ordering process. To ensure this, most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of original purchase.
In the event you need to cancel your order, please contact us with the subject "ORDER CANCELLATION" as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. In the event your order has already been shipped, a cancellation is not possible.
Sales Price Policy
Occasionally, we have Clearance Sales on our site. We cannot offer the sales price retroactively to prior purchases. All sales are final on Clearance Sale items.
