1. How does the  Referral system works?

To set up an exchange, customers can visit Ewing Athletics' return portal at returns.ewingathletics.com. Please note, the item must be in brand new condition. Worn shoes will be rejected. The original order number will be required, and once the return is received and inspected, Ewing Athletics will confirm the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, the exchange item(s) will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.


2. Does Ewing Athletics offer refunds?

No, all sales at Ewing Athletics are final. Exchanges are available, but please refer to the Return Policy above for additional information.


3. What is Ewing Athletics' cancellation policy?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of the original purchase. If customers need to cancel their order, they should contact Ewing Athletics with the subject "ORDER CANCELLATION" as soon as possible.Please include your order # in the email. Ewing Athletics will do its best to accommodate the request, but if the order has already begun the shipping process, a cancellation is not possible.

5. What is Order Protection and how can I purchase Shipping Insurance for my order?

Order Protection is a service offered to all customers optionally at checkout that provides Shipping Insurance for theft or misplacement of their order. To purchase Shipping Insurance, simply add the option at checkout. If you need to file an insurance claim, you can go to claims.orderprotection.com, and they will handle everything for you.

Ewing Athletics ships products within the United States and internationally. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders can take up to 14 business days. Shipping costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of the item(s) being shipped.

Yes, Ewing Athletics provides an international size chart for customers to convert USA sizes to their respective international sizes.
