Description
Introducing the second sneaker in our Road to the Riches capsule collection with Kool G Rap: the Rogue. This design draws inspiration from the outfit Kool G Rap rocked on the back cover of his legendary debut album. The supple brown leather upper pays homage to the boots he wore, while white and black accents add a bit of contrast. Inside, the sockliner features a custom checkerboard pattern inspired by his jacket, and the tongue features the iconic Kool G Rap logo. To top it all off, the sneaker is finished with a gold dubrae, reminiscent of the three-finger ring he famously wore.

The ROGUE features a forefoot cross strap support system coupled with neoprene midfoot inserts along with an EVA midsole for lightweight cushioning. This colorway features a leather and poly upper.

After the holiday sales, I now own 51 pairs of Ewings. These automatically slid into the top three favorites. The leatherwork is flawless. The tongue is perfectly straight with no creases. The inner lining looks just as good in person as it does in the photo. The only thing I wish these came with were a pair of shoelaces that has the same design as the inside. Besides that these are so clean and an homage to two of the greats to come out the 80s and 90s.. Props on this design.👏👏👏

I’ve ordered quite a few times and they never fail every pair I’ve ordered hubby loves them all. I can say the burgundy Rogue is his fav but this one the leather feels and smells nice the design is diff as well from the suede sneakers that we usually get. Keep them coming Rogue is the only ones he will be wearing!

Being a D.C. native, and a Georgetown Hoya fan, it would only make sense that I would be a Ewing shoe collector. I have purchased about 15 pairs of his shoes that are still in the box. I love how he has teamed up with some of my celebrities and my his shoes intimate and personal for the fans of the hip hop eras. Keep bringing the fans closer to the brand. Making the Ewing shoe relevant for years to come.
